Hi I am new

Hi all! I am in the process of getting all those tests done so that My case can be submitted to the insurance co. to see if I can be covered for lapband surgery. Boy oh boy, I have had a Lung test, EKG etc., sleep study, Thyroid Test, now I will have an upper GI. Geez! So many tests? I was told I snore and have Apnea. I think this will help in my quest for the lapband, yes? Anyone have surgery with Dr. Alan Geiss? Any good reports? Any bad? Any information anyone can give me would be sooooo appreciated! I hope to make many many friends here! Thanks! Anna

Hi Anna, I hear Dr. Geiss is a good surgeon to go to on Long Island for the lapband, I believe that is all he does anyway. Another doctor that is very well noted for doing the lapband is Dr. Fielding and he is located at NYU in the city. He's great. We wish you nothing but the best in your journey!
