NEW TO SITE

Hi everyone!! I am new to this website and I am currently going thru the work-up portion to ultimately have the gastric bypass. Any suggestions on good protein supplements, tips post-op, etc. Please I am open to all suggestions. Thanks, Anya

Welcome Anya. Congrats on getting the ball rolling. You need to try to get protein samples and try different ones. Everyone has their own taste. As most here know i swear by the Jay Robb brand, love it...... Good luck. LisaMarie

Anya, Welcome to the board!!! best of luck in your new journey.As for the protien drinks,start trying them now so you find some you like .I really like Body Fortress.I get it at Walmart,12 bucks for a 2lb. jar. The chocolate didn't agree with my tummy after surgery but the vanilla did and soooooooo good. Darlene

HELLO i have had the gastric bypass done 27 months ago, and the best protein shake is i make in the blender is i put orange juice and i put a small can of peaces with the juice in and put the plain protwin powder in too and blend it together. if you have any other questions my profile is dawn212 on this site.

HI Anya, Welcome! I like the whey protein from Walmart, it is very tasty as far as proteins go. You get a large container for about $12-$13. It comes in vanilla and chocolate.
