What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 Achiev One protein drink, 1 sl toast with pat of butter
S: 1 buttered Roll
(OMG TOM coming and I feel like I could eat EVERYTHING!)
L: 3 oz grilled chicken with melt mozz, some fries
S: 1 cup Strawberries
D: 3 oz prk chop, some rice w/butter
S: 1 sm orange
Water: 65 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke
NOT such a great eating day.
Sups:
2000 mg Calcium
1 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: n/a

B-banana
L-mozz sticks
and chili from BK not best choice but eating on the run
S-PB cheese crackers
D-egg salad from 1 egg, preztels,mixed nuts,
coffee with a scoop of protein in it
S-more mixed nuts
my vities and calcium, not much for liquid, and today am retaining so I've gotta drink today.
exercise-NA
Hopefully today will do a little workout at Mom's house, have to go sit with Dad today, then later in the day when my daughter comes to Mom and Dad's house I will trade places with her and she will sit with him and I can go see Mom.

Okay, it was a big eating day for me! However, I'm not all that unhappy about it. I've been running things by my nutritionist and she likes my eating habits. She says she's happy with the choices I'm making. Here's what I ate yesterday:
B- 1/2 cup Friendship whipped cottage cheese
8 oz. Breyers Light yogurt
2 tbsp. of flaxseed meal w/ my yogurt
S- Ka****LC Honey Almond Flax bar
1 cup popcorn (Orville Redenbacher's Smart Pop)
L- 8 oz. Breyers Light yogurt
2 tbsp. flaxseed meal w/ my yogurt
1 oz. Reduced Fat Stringster
S- (4) Doctor Kracker Klassic 3 Seed Krackers
D- 1/2 cup Wegmans Nature's Market Save the Forest Granola
S- 2 cups popcorn
These are my fitday.com totals: 1063 calories, 39 grams fat, 119 carbs, 66 grams protein. Not thrilled, but not totally unhappy about my totals.

exercise: 10 minutes (YAHOO) on the eliptical
15 on the stationary bike
minutes on the treadmill

I keep my carbs under 50 and my fat grams under 35. Calories between 900-1000.
today I had
B- scoop of chocolate MAtrix mixed in my coffee
2 slices Jennie-O ff turkey bacon
Lunch- Schwan's cod filet
Dannon Carb Control yogurt
snack-
half a Rockin Roll protein bar
dinner-
openfaced toasted cheese on
1 slice Arnold Carb counting toast
2 slices Wegmans 2% cheese
dessert
1 can snack N slim protien pudding ( vanilla cupcake flavor)
1/3 cup frozen berry blend.
usual multi vites, calcium, iron tabs
