HAVING SURGERY THIS FRIDAY!!! HELP!!

Hey All, I'm having my surgery this Friday. Despite following my doc's orders and following Slim Fast for 2 week (starving, BTW), I've not dropped any weight. Here's the deal, I started my "monthly visitor" on Monday and think I'm retaining water which is typical for me. I'm hoping that the clear liquid diet I begin tomorrow will help. Can anyone give me any advice on how to ease my mind? -Aubyn

Aubyn, Take a deep breath!!! You will be fine. Trust me, I think we all know around here how nervous you are. Just think before you know it, you will be on the losers side! Take care and we wish you nothing but the best around here. Feel good!
