Nutrition Appt.

Well, I had my first one on one nutrition appt. I was very excited to hear I may only have to go to two instead of four appts. I was told I am doing well and I have even lost 9lbs. Not too bad I must say!! Thanks, Betsy

Betsy, Thats great news. I recently had my first nutritionist appt also and I only have to get 3 clearances. I was pretty excited about it. I am down 12 lbs as of today, but I don't see the nutritionist again until 1/19/07. Good luck on your journey and feel free to message me anytime if the going gets tough. I know its hard at this stage...especially for people with little patience for waiting.....like me
