Hello All ~Hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 1 Atkins Advantage Protein Drink, Vanilla w/ s/f DiVinci Cookies and Cream flavor. S: 5 Ritz Crackers, 1 Spring Cheese L: 3 Cheese Ravioli (leftovers), 1 cup mixed fruit D: 1 cup veggie soup, 1/2 grilled cheese with pickel (did not finish, tummy started to get upset ) Water: 65 oz water, 12 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg Calcium 1 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs 500 mg Vitamin C Exercise: n/a Take care and have a great day! Greetings from the snowy north! I went to bed with a green lawn and woke up with about 6 inches of snow! My school was delayed 2 hours... didn't find out til AFTER I got here at the normal time, though (grrrrr!). Oh, well! Here's yesterday's lowdown: B- forgot... got too busy at school in the AM L- 3/4 breaded pork patty and 1/2 c green beans (school lunch) S- about 1/2 c. lasagna.... didn't agree with me water: only about 30 oz, and one large cup camomile tea in the evening. exercise: I wish! supplements: got 'em all in! Traci, Brrr.....I am soooo NOT looking forward to seeing the snow. I know it means cold and then I get really cold. Hun thanks for posting, I am wondering is I should even be posting this because not many post back. Well take care hun and have a great day, be careful driving with the snow. Debra P
