I can't remember what i had to eat yesterday but i do remember today: Woke Up: 16 ounces diet snapple with vitamins B - 2 slices pastrami, 1 slice of ham S - 2 Clementine oranges and 2 ounces of soy nuts L - 1.5 ounces of chicken with asian dressing S1 - 16.9 ounces propel water S2 - ? D - chicken w/gravy S - mini bag of popcorn Andi

Hi Debra, The only disappointment I had at the party was not being able to meet you and the others did not come. yesterday went something like this: B: 1 banana and 1 cup and 1 individual wrapped cheddar cheese stick decaf tea about 1.5 hours prior s-brazilian salted almonds (yummy!) L-5 gourmet crackers with lite cheese spread and one orange 2 pineapple chunks d-1.5 meatballs 1 centrum chewable vitamin and 2 tums for calcium water about 32 ounces, still very hard for me to get in whereas pre-surgery I drank about 32 ounces with each meal! YIKES! Maryellen

Today: B-half a small banana/1 cup dry cheerios s-99% fat free yogurt L-Left over lowfat chicken lasagna (yummy) s-1 small tomato/ 1/4 cucumber with fat free dressing D-Honey glazed chicken/1 small sweet potato s-low fat blueberry cobbler 80oz water w/crystal light 1 cup blueberry tea
