Hey All I'm new here

:help: Hi everyone...I have not set a surgery date yet. I am just in the process of getting information. I am really looking forward to having the Lap Band done. I have medical issues and I know once it is done I will be on my way to a healthier longer life. I don't know a whole lot about the procedure and post-op stuff so if anyone can help me out that would be great. I am also hoping to find someone who has the same insurance as I do so I know what to expect with co-pays and such. I know whom I want to do the surgery and to my luck he is very popular and local for me. So if you can help please let me know Thanks, Ken

Hi Ken - Welcome to OH's NY forum. It's a great place to get info. Also, there's a lap band forum that's not just NY, so maybe that will help you as well. I'm a RNYer myself, so I'm not really helpful on things lapband related. Who is your insurer? Wishing you all the best, Mary Mc
