Hello All ~hugs~ Made it to work today so all is good, I hope Feeling mixed right now but getting better. What I had yesterday..... B: Atkins Advantage protein shake with ice, about 1/2 hr later I had 1 sl bread with pat butter L: 1 cup homemade turkey soup with some rice D: 1/2 grilled cheese (2%) Water: 75 oz water, sipping some hot tea Sups: 2000 mg Calcium 1 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: n/a take care all Debra P

so far today i had chocolate micellar milk 17 ozs. = 40 grams protein to start my day and 2 oz cottage cheese drains come out today yippy now drinkin my water babe glad you are feeling better

Today was a hungry day for me, but I am proud to say I stuck with it. Today was Jumbaylia (sp?) day at work (my favorite) and I did not have any. B-1 cup dry cheerios s-1 small banana L-tuna, lettuce, 1 slice lowfat cheddar cheese w/fat free mayo on whole wheat wrap. s-99% fat free yogurt D-veggie burger w/mushrooms, peppers and onions on whole wheat pita bread
