Holiday Party Last Call

Hello everyone. Our holiday party is less then ONE week away. Please respond to this email if you read it. I need to know one who is definitly planning on comming. Two what you are bringing {if you already told me what you are bringing you dont have to repeat, only if something has changed} and Three how many in your party will be here. Please Please Please respond. Its hard to plan a party with food and stuff without having an idea........I have to finish up the shopping in the next couple of days....SO EXCITED>....cant wait. Hi LisaMarie - Thanks so much for taking on the daunting task of getting us all together. I do plan to come - I hadn't offered to bring anything because it looked like I had a class to go to - but it's been cancelled! Once you have a chance to look at what everyone's committed to bring, I'd be happy to fill in any gaps. I know it's a pain to have to get back to folks, but if you need something I'm really glad to assist. Also, I think I missed the boat on donating for the rental of the space - please let me know how to get some $ to you. I can send a check, or bring cash on the day...whatever is easiest for you. Great Mary happy you are going to make it!! There is going to be a 50-50 drawing at the door as you walk in. I will ask everyone to donate minimum $1 to the drawing. During the party i will split up the money and draw one persons name out. That person gets half of the pot. The rest i will put towards the room rental. How does that sound? Also the day of the party i will take any donations towards pizza for the kiddies, if you dontated already this does not go to you. Have had a few requests for pizza. So far we have Chicken wings, legs, whole, Pasta Pork Rice CHeese Popcorn Plates and paper goods Fruit Soda Still need Cheese, Mozerella, American, Swiss, CHeddar Nuts, Almonds, Pistacio, Walnuts Water or Sugar Free Drinks Salad Fruit any kind Veggies any kind Popcorn, Pretzles etc Soda Or anything else anyone can think of....THanks.. Also if you like a certain type of music feel free to bring your own cd and i will play it. If you think of anything else let me know......... LisaMarie

Hi Marie. I guess you can tell them to pick from the list above, they can bring a main dish if they like or some nuts or fruits or veggies something like tha****er or Sugar free drinks any of those things we can use...Thanks LisaMarie

LisaMarie, I am going to take advantage of the Last Call and I'm planning to attend along with my husband. I saw your list and I can bring a couple of cases of water.
