OKAY I didn't post a exercise check in yesterday, so today we will post past 2 days worth ok! (Wed/Thur), yes running around the house cooking, cleaning, chasing relatives counts! LOL! Do the positive reframe and take some needed time to care for self, a short walk can do wonders to clear your mind! Even some mind exercise of meditation can be helpful! Yesterday I went to the gym I had the day off, so I got a great workout 99 min, 60 on the ET for 1060 cal burned, the rest I worked on both machines and free wts for my upper body, abs 100 crunches on core stability ball and some yoga stretching after....Today is not yet planned may be walk or some pilates via DVD (although Monday night killed my core/powerhouse so I am hesitant to go thru that soreness anytime soon!) Have a happy and safe thanksgiving. I am thankful for my wellness and health and ability to move my body easier and w/ less pain, so I will celebrate in that with some loving exercise for my self! AND it will balance my planned eating as well today! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I have a bad knee, so that is good for me. Betsy
