I just wanted to wish you ALL a HAPPY THANKSGIVING as I will be busy with family and will not be around the board for the next 4 days! I will miss my OH family...
What I had yesterday.....
B: 3 strawberries, Archive One protein drink
S: 1 apple, 1 string cheese
L: Wendy's Chicken BLT salad with light Ranch Dressing
D: 1 hotdog on bun w/mustard (picked off some bun)
Water: 50 oz water, 24 oz Diet Coke
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: n/a

You didnt eat very m uch yesterday. I go in spirts.. Well you also have a great thanksgiving and know that your loved and thought of!!!! Im not weighing myself for a week startinf today and I promised myself I wouldnt. The scale went up 1.5 pounds but I think its water weight. I like salty things
down fall I know. Well hello to kellie and family and have a great day

Yeah well I was up 2 lbs but also T.O.M. so go figure......It is so bad to weigh ourselves every day because we are women and it changes so easily.
I will not weigh myself until my family leaves and that will be Wed Nov 29th so I guess the 30th will be my weigh in day.
Please let Mom and Dad know I send my love to them and you and your family have a great Thanksgiving....

I have been weighing my self lately too. today i was 175 pounds. so i am with you too i am going to wait till the 30th. my little goal. i think i will put the scale down celler or have hubby hide it till the 30th. good idea.. i have been so busy today.
i have 2 pumpkin pies made with splenda and 1 apple pie made with splenda all with homemade crust for the 3 pies. also right now i have sweet potato'sroasting in the oven and when they are done i will make the sweet potato casserole. and i have done dishes also. so i am finally eating lunch at 3 pm.................
here is what i had yesterday................. i wish more would join us................
B- 1 scrambled egg
1 slice white toast w/ pb on it
S- handfull of trail mix
L- 1 egg white
1/2 c. barilla plus pasta with sauce
1/2 c. cottage cheese
S- 1/2 c. strawberry jello
20 oz coffee
120 oz water
180 crunches
treadmill 30 minutes 1 mile 2.2 mph highest

Happy day before Thanksgiving!
I started seriously dieting today to reach my 27 lb loss before surgery.
B - 1 small banana
s - 1 lowfat yogurt
L - Small salad with lettuce, cabbage, carrot slivers, 1/3 of a cucumber, 2 oz of chicken, fat free dressing
s - 1 small apple
D - 5 oz of chicken on 100% whole wheat bread, fat free mayo
s - half a grapefruit
I drank about 84 oz of water today and one small cup of coffee
I'm starving!
