Good Morning all ~hugs~ I am waiting to hear from Fern's friend about her surgery, she never called me last night I hate when people don't follow through on something, they have not idea that people are waiting to hear on a friend! grrrrrr....I guess I will try to call Mercy today to see if they will give me any info just to make sure all is ok.... What I had yesterday..... B: Archive One protein drink S: 1 string cheese, 12 grapes L: 3 oz Tuna w/light mayo, 6 slices cucs, 6 Ko****LC wheat crackers S: handful of mixed natural nuts (homemade trail mix) D: 3 oz steak with some of hubbys baked potato Water: 50 oz water, 24 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: House work! hi debra and all, here is what i had yesterday............... now how much lasagna can i have tonight? i am making it for supper. i stepped on the scale it said 176.. bad for me i couldnt wait a week. broke my goal.. B- vanilla protein shake 1/2 c. skim milk 1/2 c. water L- nothing was shopping for thursday D-salisbury steak (oncore) 1/4 cu. instant mashed potatoes 1/2 c. barilla plus penne w/ sauce 2T. apple sauce 20 oz coffee 40 oz water exercise 120 crunches

Anita, Well that is ok now just do not get on it until it is time, you can only take one day at a time to work on the new habits.....I sometimes take 3 days in a row and get on in the mornings then I say "hey you should not be doing this" Then we start all over again, small changes work!!! As Jamie says "Being happy doesn't mean everything's perfect, it just means you've decided to see beyond the imperfections!" and that saying is so true... Debra P

i was thinking about putting the scale right next to the toliet standing up next to the wall so i cant see it. when you are sitting it is right across from you so its like here i am step on me. so yeah i think it would be a good idea for me to move it so its less noticeable. what about that lasagna i am making tonight how much of that do i have. size wise? i am putting rottitta cheese in it , hamburger, mozzerlla. size of a deck of cards? or what?

Hi Debra, B: 1/4c. of egg whites with l/f shredded cheese and hot sauce L: Grilled chicken with lettuce,strawberries and gargonzola w/balsamic oil D: Homemade pizza (about 1/4 of a regular slice) on whole wheat low carb tortilla Exercise: I have a 2 hour salsa class tonight ( I go on Mon,Tue,Thur and Fri nights) GREAT EXERCISE!!!! Water: SLACKING!!! Vitamins: Still need one more iorn and one more calcium Thanks for keeping me accountable, this helps!
