HELLO, check in on your daily exercise? I can not committ today, may get a walk in, didn't sleep well (darn kitties!) and so got up late and didn't get to the gym.. Be well Jamie~

Good morning! I found a great resource for exercising right on TV. I had no idea there was an Exercise on Demand channel on Time Warner....Go figure! For people like me who have no idea how to exercise on my own properly and not alot of time to get to a gym, it's great. It's on channel 1067 here in the Albany area. There are several choices including, pilates, yoga, and others. One more day until I have my orientation.....can't wait Have a great day everyone.

Jamie, I have to admit that this week and next with family coming from Canada I know I will not get any exercise in so goal is to not get upset about this at this time but by Dec 1st to start a program again!!! Debra P

I got to the Y at 6:35, did 40 mins plus 5 cooldown for 2.15 miles, then 6 reps on the rowing machine and 6 on a machine for the abs. I am going to a local WLS support group so will probably forego the stationery bicycle tonight. Sue
