TGIF yeah, I am so looking forward to finishing up some little things on the house this weekend and get ready for Thanksgiving.
Going to be a busy weekend but good as well.
What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cup mixed fruit, Archive One protein drink
S: 1/2 bagel with some butter
L: McDonalds Kids Meal - Chicken and small fries, Med Diet Coke
S: 1/2 bagel with some butter
D: 2 oz Mexican Chicken and beef w/some rice (left over from last nights dinner)
Water: 24 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7 up, 24 oz Diet Coke
To less water and to high carb kind of day!
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: n/a

Hi, Debra. Wow, doesn't this time of year seem to get more hectic as the years pass? I feel totally stressed, and I'm not even having Thanksgiving at my house! There's just so much I want to do and work has been totally crazy and time-consuming!
B- 1/2 c orange juice
L- cottage cheese, 1/2 banana
D- rotisserie chicken (which got stuck and I dry-heaved for a while

S- slice sugar free pumpkin pie w/ SF cool whip

here is what i had yesterday.........
B-2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice cheese
L- 16 pepperoni chips
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup hubbard squash
S-1 sting cheese
D- 1 hotdog with crescent around hotdog
1/c cup green squash with onion
1/3 cup homemade applesauce
S- light strawberry/ babana yogurt
exercise- 20 minutes on treadmill
180 crunches
100 oz water
20 oz coffee
5 am Meal#1: AM SMOOTHIE: PVL whey Gourmet 1 scoop rasberry 23g protein w/ 6 ice cubes, 5 oz diet-strawberry walmart brand crystal lite, 3 frozen strawberries, 1 scoop upcald =500mg ca++ citrate, 1T flax seed ground, in magic bullet blender.
8:30am Meal#2: 8oz dannon lo sugar/carb yog (two 4 oz packs) w/ 1 pk lemon flavor lean protein bites.
12:30pm Meal#3: 2 C dole spring mix salad, few matchstick carrots sprinkled on, brocco sprouts, 4 broccoli florets, 1 radish sliced, 4 slices zucchini, 1/4 avocado sliced, 2T sunflower seeds, 1T flax seed ground, 1 slice bacon cooked/crumbles, 2 oz sliced deli ham & 2 oz sliced deli turkey shredded, 2T jalepeno ranch litehouse brand salad dressing.
4pm Meal#4: 1 macintosh apple cored/sliced (with skin on), 1 colbay jack cheese stick
6pm Meal #5: (ate at Log Jam Restaurant) 1 slice homemade white bread 2 tsp butter, salad bar: small romaine salad w/ peas, mushrooms, cuke slices, 2T sunflower seeds 1T Blue Cheese dressing, 2T cottage cheese. 1/2 large DELICIOUS Rock Lobster tail (4 oz~) dipped in butter, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes w/ red skins, chives, cream cheese, 4 green beans..I wwas satisfied, brought over 1/2 meal home!

shouldn't of brought that slice hone w. me!
This was pure emotional eating and not due to physical hunger. I have done well overall w/ avoiding this so I didn;t beat self up, I simply was aware, acknowledged it and am moving on about it, no judgements....
FLUIDS:
Water 12 cups pure H20
10 oz diet kool-aid in my 2 shakes
Decaf Chai tea (2 bags each one in 16 oz ho****er w 4 splendas and 2 T half/half)
VITS/supps etc:
Walmart brand centrum like in am
Citrical 500mg doses 2x day, Upcald 500mg doses 2x day total 2,000mg Ca citrate
Ferrous gluconate 300mg tab 935mg elemental iron) w/ 1 tab vit C 50mg wlamrt brand not w/ any food or other vits
colace stool softner 100mg two toal a day one am and one eve
b12/bcomplex sublingual springvalley (walmart) 1 dose = 1,2000mcg SL B12 in am
Exercise: 45 min on ET 765 cal burned (incline full 7-8 resistance), 20 min on abs/upper body w/ free wts, stretching 10 min: total 75 min gym.
Emoional check in:
I felt really strong, and had inner peace, not sure what was up in eve, perhaps due to a conversation w/ hubby at supper that was positive but emotional ladden...Still working on loving myself as I am today! Accepting responsibillity only for myself and not others as well.
