B: 1 hard boiled egg white and 1 hard boiled egg, Archive One protein drink S: 1 string cheese, 12 grapes L: 3 oz Beef Patty and 4 spears of asparagus S: 1/4 avacado on 6 Ko****LC wheat crackers D: 3 oz mixed chicken, beef and shrimp (mexican), some nacho chips Water: 50 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7 up, 24 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: n/a You all have a great day! Good Morning, Worked 2 10 hour days, have a short day but late one today, then have a 4 day weekend, my brother is coming in tomorrow morning. WooooHoooo Anyway heres what I remember I had yesterday B-light and fit yogurt S-protein bar and a little later some pb cheese crackers L-scoop of chicken salad S-few more pb cheese crackers D-couple tablespoons cottage cheese and a pork chop S-seed and nut and raisin trail mix few pretzels and lots of COFFEE !!!! Gotta get drinking my water and getting in some exercise just not happening lately. I will get some this weekend going hunting with my brother and hubby. So doing a little walking there. Hello Everyone... Yesterday I had.... B: Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Smoothie L: 2-3 Tbls. Turkey Salad w/ 2 Saltines (They were the only crackers I had) D: 3/4 Grilled Cheese Sandwich w/out the crust Sups: Calcium, Multi-vit, B12, Potassium Exercise: n/a BAD Girl!

we was pretty busy yesterday. We had to tavel 2 hour to Syrucuse to see my husband's son go in the army. he was flying out after he left the Fed building and go to basic training in Mirrouuri. but i still ate healthy up to the Fed building.. i still havent did the scale thing..last time the scale said 179. i want to step on it but i am waiting a week like my goal is.. good girl... lol..... i was so shocked..... my wls surgeon called me this morning and wants to know if i want my skin taken off before the hoilidays. i was like wow... so now i have to see him to take pics on dec. 7th.... here is what i had yesterday.... i write everything down and the times..... B- sf brown sugar oatmeal with one scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup milk L- 3 oz yucky chicken. lol some kind of sauce was on it tasted like lemon so i took off all the sauce... 1/2 cup yellow and green squash. only had the middle part since wasnt done that well. 1/4 cup garlic mashed potatoes with the skins on S- string cheese D- 1/2 cup manwhich with the beef 2 slices white bread 1/2 cup hubbard squash 2 Tablespoons mixed vegs S- 6 oz. cherry cheesecake yogurt light from save a lot 16 oz. coffee 80 oz water 20 oz crstal light ice tea with lemon exercise- crunches Sups: calcium and vitaimin Anita

Hiya Moozymama, Today: B: 1/c oatmeal with 2 splenda, handful of raisins, dash of milk S: too many handfuls ( ) of mixed nuts and raisins L:Chicken on greens S: protein bar (kashi) D: 3/4 slice of pizza and some salad with ham, cheese and turkey vits, calcium, etc 50 oz water so far. Gotta get to 64 before the end of the day!!! Hovering around 200 lbs! Want ONEderland so bad I can smell it... xox Aim
