I did 65 min at gym 60 min cardio (ran on treadmill 15 min alternated w/ 15 min walking total) 15 min on ET and 15 min on bike for variety..then 5 min cooldown stretches!

well i do crunches every day. i tried my tradmill monday . i did one mile on 2.5 mph for 20 minutes and where i fractured my foot really hurt so i have to lay off the fastness of it. my foot dr said to do a normal walk on the treadmill so what would that be 1.0 mph??? so i do my crunches for now................. anita
