What I had yesterday.....Higher carb day then I would have liked
B: 1 serving low sugar oatmeal with 3 fresh strawberries, Archive One protein drink
S: 1 string cheese, 12 grapes
L: 3 oz shrimp with homemade sauce, 6 sl cuc, some avacado spread on 5 Ko****LC wheat crackers.
S: 1/2 of a small Wendy's Fries
D: 3 oz beef patty with cheese, 3 homemade potato wedges
Water: 50 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7 up, 20 oz Diet Coke
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: n/a

B: Lite & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Smoothie & Cabot 50% Cheddar slice
L: Heaping tablespoon of Natural PB & Cabot 50% Cheddar slice (did not finish either)
D: Turkey Salad on 1/2 Whole Wheat Toast (I had spread a whole toast with the turkey salad like that was gonna happen! LOL My hubby finished the rest for me..Whole Toast w/ Turkey Salad.. What a dork!

What did you have yesterday hun? Maybe you are not eating enough, if that is the care then your body goes into starvation mode and you will not lose.....Let me know and if you rather email it to me but I would like to see what you had all day yesterday!

I get all my days of eating confused. Yesterday I did have some mexican soup and shrimp scampi for lunch. A couple of scoops of cottage cheese for breakfast, dinner I made homemade shrimp and green beans and black beans and celery and snak I had no salt popcorn yukkkkkkkkkkk and I think I posted what I ate so far today. Iim not sure buti was 198.5 Sunday and now im 200.5 this morning. Oh well. Its a game and im still trying to learn
I also do alot of running around in and out of the car and walking. Im not sure but I know I have to excersie that a big thing. I love u and have a great day.... I hate carbs they hate me ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I would write down what you are eating every day and count the calories to make sure you are eating enough, you can not just wing this hun. For this to work the best in your honeymoon phase then you have to be doing the right things, well most of the time anyways.

I know your right. Im trying. This is very hard for me to do right now. Im always thinking of food and calories and carbs. Its in my head!!! I hate it sometimes. But I will start journaling. I drink decaf coffee when I have a hunger urge. I do all the vitamins and iam getting most of the protien. Anyway the boys have a dentist appt. At 4 today so try me 2morrow and no that I love u and need you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
here is what i had yesterday.............

B- sf brown sugar oatmeal
1 cup milk
L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 sting cheese
1 egg white
S- string cheese
D- 1 3 oz cheeseburger
1/4 cup mixed vegs
1/2 cup winter hubbard squash
1/4 cup homemade apple sauce with cinnamon
S- 1 apple
80 oz of water
20 oz of coffee
exercise- 1/2 hour of vrc tape and crunches
i overdid it monday on my treadmill going 2.5 mph for 20 minutes for 1 mile and where i fractured my foot is hurting so hubby says i cant do my treadmill if i do it slower then i can get on it but for now i am not.
