EXERCISE CHECK IN!

I made it to the gym, did 65 min total, 30 on ET for 550 cal burned (full incline and 8 resistance), 30 min abs on ball, machines/back and lower body (lunges, squats and nautalus equiptment), then 5 min stretching!

I have to admit that I did not do anything yesterday and really wanted to get up early today to get some done but did not
Tonight I have to run to Wal-Mart after dinner so I am hoping to park a way from the building to make me walk some......

Good one Jamie,
Every day, without fail I do 30-60 minutes of aerobic exercise. Most weekdays, I treadmill. On weekends, I walk outside, or I do jazzercise. I'm looking for other good aerobics classes in the neighborhood.
I brush my teeth twice a day, I take my vitamins every day, I exercise every day. If I don't, something will start to fall apart, and I've been there, done that and I am very done with falling apart.
