Howdy Msmoozy and Everyone -
Goals for this week:
1. Log my food - I promised my nutrionist that I'd keep a journal for 2 weeks. Haven't been consistent with it.
2. Drink more water - I've been below the minimum more days than not lately.
3. Exercise - I've gone back to the gym, and just started taking karate. So specific goals this week are aerobic and strength training on Tues/Thurs., and practicising the stretches for class on Sat/Sun.
Thanks for helping me clarify these for me...it's a great idea!

I know I am so looking forward to seeing everyone that is going, I even have an outfit that in mind that I am going to wear. Pants and sweater, nothing to dressy but nice.
