hey all. i just recently decided after much research to start proceedings for the lap band. i have ghi insurance and was wondering if anyone had any issues, good or bad with this company. any info would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Kristen, Well welcome to this journey hun, I wish you all the best! ~hugs~ I had GHI but I had the RNY done and they approved it rather quickly once all the paperwork was in order! You need to follow their way excatly and it should be fine. I wish you all the best on your journey! Debra P

Hi, I also have GHI for city employees. I had no problems at all. They approved me in two business days. They did require 6 months of doctor supervised weight loss. Good Luck
