What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 scrambled egg
S: 4 oz carb control Yogurt, plain
L: 1 cup Homemade chicken soup with a little rice and overcooked veggies
S: String cheese
D: 1 scrambled egg mixed with onions and some noodles
Water: 70 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7 up
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
ADDING in some additional vit C = 500 mg
Exercise: n/a

L: Spinach & Swiss Quiche - OMG this was so good and set so well. I stopped at the store and bought the ingredients to do a Low Fat Crustless Quiche w/ Broccoli, Mushrooms, Shallots and LF Cheese. Can't wait to make it!
D: Chicken Breast dipped in Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
Water: 64 + Oz.
Sup: Mulit Vit, 2000mg Calcium, 400mg Potassium, B12
Exercise: 30min. Recumbent Bike

I've missed you all, ladies and gents!
I've been SO BUSY with stuff and was out of town over the weekend. I am glad to be back. I'm also glad to let you all know I've lost a total of 142 pounds, as of yesterday. My surgeon's scale reads 190. SWEET!! And here's what I ate yesterday:
B- 1 scoop chocolate whey powder
1 cup milk
7 slices frozen peaches
L- 1/2 Denny's Ultimate Omelet (just omelet and three bites of potatoes)
D- 4 oz. roasted chicken
1 oz slice of American cheese
1 small apple
S- (Friendly's) 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 oz. bacon
1/2 oz. cheese
(oh yes, I measure or get stuff measured!)
Fitday.com totals: 932 calories, 48 grams fat, 58 carbs, and 70 grams protein.

hi debra and everyone..
i havent been posting my eats but i will again soon.
i went to my local support meeting last night and after it was over i told the social workeror what ever she is .... i do a protein shake for my breakfast and she was really sassy about it and said you are soppose to get your protein from food then she was like i dont want to talk to you . so i left... i was pretty down after that. others said that i lost and i have and i know i have done better since not doing my old habits. i did miss the 2 year group so this was just the reg. support meeting that alot of people is learning and waiting for there date. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. .............................
i always feel like i have no friends at these support meetings.............
i had yeasterday was....
B- 1 scoop protein delite
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
L- beef tips and noodles
D- 1 cup homemade goulash
forgot what i had for snacks
20 oz coffee
60 oz of water
guess i have to start fitday again and stay away from carbs..... i got homemade white bread raising... i will just have to limit the bread too. i havent been eating any breads so this is a treat plus i only made 1 loaf.... Jen call me sometime and come over please..

Thanks hun, sometimes it is rather slow and I am wondering is others are into the posts anymore.
but I keep plugging away.
Yeah that is a good idea hun, we all learn from others.....you can also take a look at the what did you eat posts on the main board, they have many more people posting to that one and it helps as well.

5am: Meal#1: PVL whey raspberry Gourmet 1 scoop 23g protein w/ 6 ice cubes, 5 oz great value brand strawberry kool-aid,1 tsp banana sf/ff pudding powder, 3 frozen strawberries, 1 scoop upcald =500mg ca++ citrate, 1T flax seed ground, in magic bullet blender UMMY!
8:30 am Meal#2: TWO (4 oz size) dannon lo sugar/lo carb yog sw/ 1 pk lemon pie flavor lean protein bites*note no longer made so running low
12:15 pm Meal#3: 2 c spring mix/romaine salad, few matchstick carrots, brocco sprouts, fresh dill sut w/ scisors for pepe!, few pea shoots snipped (in organic section Price Chopper), 4 broccoli florets, 1 radish sliced, 4 slices cucumber, 1/4 avocado sliced, 2T sunflower seeds, 1T flax seed ground, 1/2 HB egg sliced, 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 slice bacon crumbled, 2T jalepeno ranch litehouse brand salad dressing.
3:45pm Meal#4: 1 mac apple cored/sliced w/ skin on, 1 colbay jack cheese stick
1/4 cup roasted unsalted cashews
7:45pm Meal#5: MADE Chicken alfredo for hubby over fettucini, I do not eat pasta, so I used some sauce 1.5 chicken tenders, 4 florets steamed broccoli w/ 1/4 of the sauce (mixture of heavy cream/parm cheese/butter/salt/pepper/parsley/nutmeg dashed on), I use the Tofu Shirataki fettucini noodles*** http://www.house-foods.com/tofushirataki_faq.html 1/2 pack but ended up eating only 2/3 of them before getting full.
***SHIRATAKI available in 2 shapes:
(Fettuccine or Noodle Shaped Tofu)
INGREDIENTS: filtered water, to****oybeans, calcium sulfate, glucono delta lactone), yam flour, calcium hydroxide.
1/2 pack = 4 oz
20 cal
0.5g fat
3 g carbs (2g fiber)
1g protein

9pm: 1/4 cup cashews, 1 locarb south beach ceral bar, I didn't need it, but ate it anyways, too lazy to make my 2nd shake and wanted to chew I guess looking back, nuts are a trigger for me and I ned to be aware of that! The nuts earlier I feel caused the desire vs physical hunger before bed!
Water: 8 cups pure water (64 oz), decaf tea 2 bags w/ 6 splenda packets total, each with 16 oz water each (32 oz total), half/half total 1/4 c total in tea, diet grape propel fitness water 2 cups (16 oz), one multivit, calcium citrate as upcald 1 scoop, 2 doses of citrical each 500mg total ca++ 1,500mg day all citrate, b12 complex sublingual 1,200mcg B12 in am, ferrous gluconate 300mg tab (=35mg elemental iron) w/ 500mg vit C in am not near any food or other vits/meds for optimal absorbtion, 2 colace stool softners.
No exercise which is not typical for me, have been challenged byt this but making stronger commitment , going Thursday am (which is when I am wroting this from reflection of yesterday!), I have been working on emotional eating for past month or so and in that time I have grown a lot but with that focus I lost my drive to exercise reguarly, so need to find balance! Always learning on my million mile journey!
