Hi Collette I live near Binghamton. I am planning on going for a Sapala micro pouch in Brooklyn next month my daughter has had a lap band done in Ithaca last November my daughter looks wonderful she has lost 80 lbs do you know anyone who has had the Micro Pouch surgery Frankie

Hi Frankie - I live only 25 min away from Ithaca. No I don't know anyone who has had that done. I am going to have a mini rny. I know two people who have had rny's with great success, but I am not close enough to talk to them about it.

Hi, I live near Whitney Point, just 15 minutes from Binghamton. I actually come into "town" every weekday to swim at the West End YMCA. My one year anniversary for RNY is next month (Dec. 7th). I had my surgery in Syracuse and still go up there for support group meetings as often as I can. I am down a total of 195 lbs., 155 since beginning the program at bariatric center.
