Hello All ~hugs~ HAPPY HALLOWEEN !! Last day of having off.... and I am not sure if it will be all done today but sooooo close. We are looking forward to seeing all the kids coming for Halloween, they say there are so many around here. Cool.... What I had yesterday.....Once again so bad! Also got sick from to much fat i think or the f/f s/f latte was not sugar free WOW it was bad! B: 1 Achive One protein drinks, then about 1/2 hr later 1 sl toast with butter and s/f jelly S: 3 pretzels L: 1 - 7 Eleven Taquitos S: handful of Pringles On ride home from getting more hardwood flooring we stopped at Starbucks and I got a fat free sugar free vanilla lced Latte. Got sick on the way home and lasted for about 1 hr D: 1 can Progresso chicken soup S: 1 oz popcorn Water: 20 oz water , 40 oz Crystal light, 12 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: Working like crazy on the kitchen (cleaning up) Ok you all have a great day! Hey you.. I feel bad you got sick yesterday. I dumoed yesterday and im not sure why. I didnt eat anything i havent had before. So do u think it was starbucks??? My scale has moved up, how in the world did it do that??? it was 203.5 yesterday and 205.5 today. IM PISSED....maybe its my time soon woman thing. anyway good luck on the ktchen. i luv u xoxoxoxoxo cant wait for the trick or treaters tonight. i love this time of year just wi**** was cooler B- 1 egg and piece of ham and a scoop of cottage cheese L- thai food ( not all of it) s. Kashi bar D-rest of my thai food and some combos ( bad girl) s- NOTHING water and sugar free lemonade

Hi, Debra. Curse that Starbucks, anyway!!! How dare they give you sugar!!! Sounds like you're straight out! Have fun with the goblins tonight! Here's what I had yesterday: B- 3/4 c orange juice s- 1 slice deli turkey, 2 bites cottage cheese L- 2 slices deli turkey, one bite cottage cheese S- 3 oz. steak, 3/4 c. peas, 3 baked french fries (which made me sick) water: 32 oz supplements: 2 calcium, b12, iron, multivitamin

Hello Debra... Hope you get your stuff done today... What a relief it will be for you... You must be exhausted by now! What I had yesterday....
