Happy Monday All ~hugs~ Hubby and I are working hard on the kitchen and I think we might have it done on Tues but I am not 100% sure yet. I have been working so hard from Friday night on and let me say that I could NEVER have done all this work before surgery. WOW, I am hurting from the work but in a great way Feels GOOD! Also nice to know that hubby and I have today and tomorrow off still OK what a BAD eating day yesterday, poor choices and eating on the go! What I had yesterday..... B: 2 Achive One protein drinks, then about 1 hr later had an egg, cheese and bacon on roll (I eat most but did remove a lot of bread) S: 1 spring cheese L: N/A S: 3 pretzels D: 6 pc chicken nuggets and some fries S: 1 oz popcorn Water: 34 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7up (noticed my water slacking off since the colder weather is coming, harder to drink that cold water ) Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: Working like crazy on the kitchen (sanding, painting and cleaning up) Ok you all have a great day! Good Morning Deb, I bet you can't wait til its all finished, but a great feeling that you can do it. I am amazed at what I can do now compared to before. I finally hit the century mark, Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee What I ate: B-went to old country buffet for breakfast with hubby, I had scrambled egg w/ mushrooms and cheese on top, couple bites of grits, couple slices of bacon, couple bites of hash brown couple bites of corn beef hash, did not finish what I put on plate. S- L-didnt have lunch but had some mixed seeds (sunflower, pepita, soy nuts, raisins, dried cherries S-had a couple doritos at moms D-salad mostly mushrooms and carrots w/ little lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, 1/2 small chicken breast S- more seeds and a banana made some bad choices, but tried to keep portions small coffee, little water, milk, my vities and calcium Shannon Arnold 257/157/130???

Shannon, YEAH congrats on being in the Century Club now.... email OH and they will send you the little card so you can put it on your profiel That is just awesome! Yeah even when we are bad we seem to make better choices since the surgery and that is what we learn, I think it might get a litle easier at these new habits become the norm....well lets hope so anyways! hey you!!! glad your getting to the end of your kitchen project. Ours got done friday THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got down to 203.5 as of today so im passed that 2 & a half week plataeu. YIIPPEEEEEEEE and i changed some of the things i was eating.I see that helps. I do alot of nuts and seeds.I like trail mixes with raisins and nuts. Anyway I did get your message a week or so ago and im sorry i havent called u well you didnt eat so bad yesterday. heres what i had B- 1 egg 1 piece of cheese and 1/2 an orange L- matza ball soup ( shared with jake) s- nuts D- some turkey and 1 olive and fat free pudding not a big eating day for me. I love u and keep up the good work. no excersie but did get all my water in

Hiya Debra, Glad to hear you're making progress on the house, bad eating day and all. Some days are just better than others. Today I had: B: One small piece of challah bread with a pat of butter and a protein shake S: a handful of dried fruit and nuts L: Egg salad (2 eggs) and raw veggies, 1/2 cheese stick, about 25 grapes S: cup of coffee and then later 1/2 protein bar D: Chicken soup 50 oz water all vitamins supplements, etc. 35 min walk 2.5 pounds to go till 100 pounds lost. B- Nothing L- Tablespoon of CHicken Salad (more like a heaping tsp. I thought there was more. I certainly did not fill my poor empty little pouchy..LOL) D- 1/2 a salmon pinwheel stuffed with feta & spinach - YUMMY! All my vits and minerals... All my water + No exercise
