I made it to the CENTURY whoooooo hoooooo

Finally, after more than a month sitting at the same place, the scale finally moved down a notch. 100 pounds gone forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feeling good, Shannon Arnold 257/157/130???

HI Tina, Thanks, and thanks for asking about my parents. Well, MOM is doing awesome she is down about 40 pounds now, feeling great, gaining some energy and stamina. Dad is not so well he also has lost close to 40 pounds which he needed to loose, but not this way. His throat infection that he has had on top of the cancer is finally feeling a little better but not totally, making his eating somewhat better, but even when he feels like eating he can't eat much cause he says hes too full. He is eating the amounts that we would eat or less. Not normal by any means. He looks very gray at times, and is in deep depression, so I try to go and spend time on my days off, hard to get him out of the house or even out of his chair for that matter. But I will continue to try anyway. Anyway thats how things are going for now. Thanks for caring, Shannon
