Ok well this weekend will be a final work effort to get the major stuff done in our house.
I am so glad, hubby and I are off Mon and Tue so we plan on getting it all done by then.
I am also hoping to be able to even get the molding up...TOTALY finished
Well we will shoot for that anyways.
Then onto the small lil projects we have around the house.
What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 serving low sugar oatmeal, 1 hr later I had my Achive One protein drink
S: 1 spring cheese
L: Wendy's grilled chicken ceasar salad with 1 sm dressing and croutons
S: 1/2 cup anti pasto salad
D: 1 serving Progresso beef soup, 1/2 grilled cheese
S: 3 pretzel Rods
Water: 34 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7up (noticed my water slacking off since the colder weather is coming, harder to drink that cold water
)
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: N/A

Good Morning,
Had my Dr. appt to check my blood work. I have a clean bill of health, all my numbers were good. Don't have to go back for a year now. I still have not hit the 100 lbs. I am going to work my butt off this weekend (literally).
What I ate
B- light and fit yogurt
S-pure protein bar
L-egg salad sandwich and some carrots
S-pretzels
D-hamburg pattie with hunk of sharp cheddar on top and peas
S-more preztels and a s/f cookie, frozen grapes throuhout the evening

Hey Debra,
Thanks for keeping up this post. It's very handy and easy way for me to stay on top of my protein intake...plus I just had a doctor that asked me for a weeks worth of what I ate (he wants to see if I need to go on an Omega 3 oil suppliment) and low and behold...all I had to do is just go back and cut and paste my last few posts.
B: 3 egg omlete with cheese
L: Tuna on a roll
S: Turkey and cheese and yellow pepper wraps
D: 1 soft taco, with extra cheese and all the toppings, plus a taco salad with extra beef on it. .
S: Slice of home made Red velvet cake with fluffy strawberry icing

OK ... I am going to get off 'the pot'. Starting on Monday (tomorrow) ... I will be posting my food/supplement intake - exercise.
Beware ... I make some scary choices.
BUT, I'm thinking, if I post for everyone to see, maybe I'll think twice before I make a final decision.
