You know that worked really well for the mushy stage, I used to take Ricotta cheese, carb control tomato sauce and 1 string cheese shredded on top, microwave it for a bit until the cheese melted. It was SOOO good because it was warm and mushy. Just a thought...

lets see yesterday:
B: 3 egg and cheese omlete
L: Salad with Italian dressing, turkey and cheese on a Roll
S: Tortillas with Salsa, and 3 mini prezel rods
D: 1/2 cup Corned beef and 1/2 cup rice
Atkins protein shake
S: 1/2 a apple spice muffin
S: nachos supreme from taco bell
I did exercise yesterday...well kinda....i did a few sets of push ups and cleaned...yay....i'll try to do more today.

B: 1 scoop chocolate UNJURY protein powder, half a cup of skim mil**** and blenderized it in my magic bullet..I pretty much have this every morning
L: 1/2 cup baked bean dip (i made this using sour cream,cream cheese,salsa,refried beans,cheddar cheese, comes out very creamy and used all fat free products, okay except the cream cheese, I got the Light one)
Snack: 1 scoop Nectar Roadside Lemonade protein power with water and ice
Dinner: 1 or 2 protein oatmeal muffins, I haven't decided yet, they are small. (I baked a batch using a recipe I found on bariatriceating.com)

S: Skim milk latte
L: Chicken almond salad
S: 2 handfuls of nuts and dried fruit
D: Wendy's chili
56 oz water
35 minute walk
All vitamins, supplements, etc
2.5 pounds away from 100 pounds lost! Wow!
