Roni,
First off take a deep breath... ~hugs~ Know that this is how the weight loss goes, you lose weight and then your body looses inches, then back to the weight and then back to the inches so please measure yourself so you can see that you STILL are losing in some way!
OK the oatmeal is ok and the 1/2 bagle is ok at times BUT not together, that is A LOT of carbs in one sitting and for the day! Fiber is good but you still have to watch the carbs. That carb monster is always there.
also please make sure you are getting in ALL your protein!!! But you know how I feel about that right.

We are working on the house and I am hoping by Tue we will have the kitchen done but we will see, that is the goal.
Hun give it time and it WILL start to move for you, also know that when we exercise that we gain weight from the muscle but it will start to even out soon so don't give that up because that is a great habbit to start (exercising)!

what you got, was carby fiber (oatmeal), carbs (bagel) and even MORE carbs (tomato) ... yes, they're good for you (to a point), but tomatoes have more carbs (and of the low-fiber variety) than most people give them credit for.
you would have been better served by getting oatmeal (higher-fiber carbs) and a scrambled egg or hard boiled egg (eggs = LOTS of protein) and forget the bagel & tomato
good luck
B: Lite & Fit - Carb & Sugar Control Smoothie
L: 1 Tbls. Natural Peanut Butter and 4 thin slices of 75% FF Cabot Cheese
D: 1/4 Turkey Meatball (Unfortuneately it did not stay down)
Have to have Hubby slow cook them so they will be moist, soft and not so hard and dry from in the oven :o( After chucking that up I had 1 Tbls. of plain Humus
Water/Crystal Light/CF Coffee w/ Skim Milk = 70oz.
Sups: 2000 mg Calcium, 40 mg Potassium, GNC SF B-12, Women's Multi-Vit
Exercise: 20 Min on Recumbent Bike

Lori,
I have found that when something is really dry I like to use the low carb and low fat salad dressing with them and it also offers so much flavor!
Thanks for posting hun

Hey Debra...
Well they had sauce on them so I thought it would be ok... It is just when you slow cook them they are REALLY moist and right now I have a hard time eating any protien unless I chop it all up with my Pampered Chef Chopper and add a little light Mayo to it. I KNEW it was not going to go well after the irst bite and I continued to eat it.. SO... My fault...
I am just sick of COLD food. I have found that if I get soups or chilli and use my hand blender I am fine. My nutirionist said I should be better once the Nexium kicks in. I had an Insurance Issue with the Nexium so the Pharmacist told me to take Prilosec OTC and I broke out in a rash ALL OVER my body from it. So I have been on NOTHING since 4 days after getting home from the hospital. So I just need to be patient and continue to puree everything... LOL As long as I am getting the protien in, I will shut up and stop whining! LMAO
Lori
