Hello All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 1 sl toast with butter, about 1 hr later I had my Achive One protein drink S: 1 oz cheese, 12 grapes L: 1 cup homemade beef chili S: 1 oz mixed nuts (homemade trail mix) D: 2 wontons, 2 ribs and 2 pcs of Genral Tos chicken S: 2 pretzel Rods Water: 64 oz water , 16 oz Diet 7up Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A Take care all.... Hey Debra, I really have to get back on the exercise track..this past few days, I just haven't felt like doing anything exercise related....sigh. B: 3 Egg omlete with cheese L: 6 oz can of tuna with mayo on a bed of lettuce S: 3 Slice of cheese, 1 deviled egg, 1 oz of Tortilla chips and salsa D: 1/2 cup of rice, 1 1/2 cups of corned beef S: 2 Sugar free pudding snacks, 2 oz of ranch flavored doritios Scott

Scott, Yeah it has been a rough week for me as well with the exercise, though it is a new habbit and I will give myself time to learn but have to get tough and get myself on the treadmill. Debra P
