Hello All ~hugs~
Well Tue so we have most of the week to go.
Hubby and I are off on Monday and Tues so we are looking forward to this weekend but he does have to work on Sat but they we are trying to get the kitchen done by Tues..
What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 sl toast with butter, about 1 hr later I had my Achive One protein drink
S: 1 oz cheese, 12 grapes
L: 3 oz tuna, 1 tbls light mayo, 6 sl cucs
S: 4 oz carb control yogurt
D: 1/2 grilled cheese
S: 3 pretzel Rods
Candy is still floating around the office: (what i had during work
) 1 hersheys kiss, 1 pc of taffy and 3 nerds. I know that is NOTHING to what I used to eat around this time of year but STILL.
Ok I have to go easier on myself, but it is so hard!
Water: 72 oz water , 16 oz crystal light
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: N/A

im so happy u guys have a long weekend, you both deserve it. Iam under kitchen remodeling myself. I had this company out yesterday replacingmy counter tops with a and sink and faucet and back slpa**** already looks incredible but boy is it a mess
not a fan of the mess.well it is a beautiful day here, i have all the windows open and boy the breeze is and wind uis great... im still stuck at 207 for about a week now maybe more
im ok though i have 8 pounds until im out of the two's forever ( hopefully).. well try and call or text me at break i know your busy

yeah we are as well....
even though Kelly has to work on Sat it will still be nice to have the Sun, Mon and Tues off....plus we get to see all the kids around on Tues (Halloween).
How is Curves going so far? I have not been walking myself this last week or this one so far....not really in the mood I have to say.
Well I am sure I will pick it up again. Just have been so busy with work and then my Ebay work...Need to get some extra money in here.

Hey Debra,
It's a candy time of year.....instead of bringing extra candy into the house, we are buying those gift certificates at wendys for free frostys. Although if a pack of almond joys came into my house...i could eat those...i mean isn't the almond part protein??? lol.
Anyway yesterday:
B: Atikins protein shake
S: a hand full of pistachios
L: 3 eggs with cheese (swiss and cream cheese) omelete
S: Sugar free pudding snack
D: kelbasa and a salad with ranch dressing
(ate about 2 bites of the kelbasa, and had a protein bar instead)
S: Pistachio pig out. about 2 hand fulls

Yeah we have these lil mini packs of microwave popcorn to hand out for the kids and if I do not get rid of them all then I can eat them myself.
They are something like 1.7 oz with pumkins and such on the outside of the bag.
Nuts are nuts hun...
Well I guess the choc part is not all that good..
This time of year is so hard for me since I was into the candy so much when I was heavy and last year I was only 4 months out so I was not even into trying candy then. Sometimes I wish for those early days back.

Okay, so here's the scoop: My nutritionist told me that when she sets up a diabetic for a diet, she gives them up to 125 carbs a day. That seemed like a lot, but she says that the brain needs a certain number of good carbs a day to function properly. I told her that I had been shooting for 40 or 60, so I wouldn't "overdo" it and she said to shoot for no more than 125 good carbs a day. Carbs found in veggies and fruits were okay. So, having blabbed that, here's what I ate yesterday:
B- 2 oz. leftover delmonico steak
1/2 cup scrambled farm fresh brown egg
1/2 banana
S- 1 Ka****LC Peanut Peanut Butter bar
L- 1 oz serving (20 chips) Parmesan, Garlic & Olive Oil soy chips
S- 1 oz. Heluva Good Low-Sodium Cheddar Cheese
1 oz. Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
D- 1 1/2 cups Progresso Split Pea Soup
1/2 cup Borden Tuscan Blends Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Fitday.com totals: 1138 calories (holy crap!), 46 grams fat, 97 carbs, and 83 grams protein.
*I'm not toally happy about that calories total.....okay, I'm downright unhappy about that. Especially since we were traveling back from the Pittsburgh area all day yesterday, so the only exercise I got was to and from the car at rest stops. MAN! That sucks! *sigh* I'm doing great today, though. More on that.....tomorrow! *wink*
