SURGERY DATE!!!

Well I have my date it is November 15th a little scared and a little anxious about it but I am sure I will be just fine good luck to all who have an upcoming surgery date ...

Hi Paula Congratulations Just finished lap banding on October 17th. I was nervous as the surgery date got closer but that's normal. Except for some stomach soreness and tired at times I feel ok What kind of surgery are you having and are you losing weight now? I was on Optifast for 2 months and lost 25 lbs. before surgery about another 10 since. Get used to drinking lots of water walking as much as possible. Before surgery I bought really cute leggings and matched them with some loose sweaters The leggings are really comfortable and stylish and I made sure to get up every day and get dressed. Having something new was a great psychological boost for me. Good Luck!!!! and stay in touch and focus on taking care of yourself

Hi Paula, Those nerves are perfectly normal. Just wanted to wish you the best and will send prayers your way. Are you going to the November support group meeting at East High? I will be there.
