TGIF All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 1 slice bread with butter and s/f jelly, 1 hr later had my Achive One protein drink S: 1 oz cheese, 12 grapes L: McDonalds Cheeseburger happy mean w/ sm fries (took bottom of bread off and folded over), sm diet coke S: 1 oz mixed nuts (homemade trail mix) D: 1 cup homemade chili, 1 sl bread with butter S: 1 peach, 3 pretzel Rods Water: 64 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7up Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A I hope you have a great weekend Debra P

Good Morning!!! Tomorrow is my Friday. Have a long busy day coming later today. So glad, it has been very slow this month. But stuck there waiting in between clients sometimes for 2-3 hours at a stretch. Need to take my sneakers to work with me start going for walks. What I ate B- 1 egg and cheese omelette S- clif bar- protein sorta thing L- oatmeal with a little protein thrown in D- 1/2 pork loin chop, spoonfull of garlic parm noodles, spoonful of leftover mashed taters S-1 oz of cheddar cheese, 5 pretzels, soy chips lots of coffee, not much water yesterday Holy cow I never realized how hard these last pounds are to get rid of. I have been battling with 2-3 pounds to hit my 100 mark, for the past 2 weeks or so, and still have 28 lb to go to hit my goal. Dr.'s goal is only 8 pounds away. I would love to hit his goal by the time I see him next week, but I don't think that is going to happen. Have a great day, Shannon Arnold 257/158/130???

Hi all here is what i had for yesterday (thursday), B- 1 scoopprotein delite cho/coconut 1 cup skim milk S- Egg, white only, L- 1 scoop body fortress vanilla protein shake 1 cup skim milk D-3oz. Chicken breast 1/2 cup Red kidney beans 1/2 cup yellow ans green squash with onion S- 1/2 cup sf jello 20 oz coffee, 92 oz of water Anita RNY~Aug.28,2003 270/181/150 surgery/today/goal

Shannon, Good to hear that you are getting more clients Yeah taking the walk would have been good but then I am sure you worry that you might miss a walk in as well right? Yes the few lbs are so hard but give it time and keep moving forward, it will come. Have a great weekend Debra P

B - 1 egg/1 slice cheddar/on 1 slice whole wheat toast L - part of a chicken quesadilla with all the fixings (tossed out most of the tortilla) D - small chicken caesar salad - no croutons S - Slim-a-Bear no sugar added ice cream sandwich I was feeling very sick to my stomach after eating that quesadilla. Not sure if it was the cheese, the avocado or what but it will be a long time before I order that again. Blech TGIF!!!! Have a great weekend! Dee

Hey Debra, B: Salad (i got up late), 3 cups of lettuce, 2 hard boiled eggs, 4 oz of chicken 1/2 a tomato, cheese, and covered in ranch dressing L: Wendy's BLT chicken salad a packet of crutons, with honey mustard dressing (BTW...What the heck??? 20 grams of carbs for the packet????? ...never again..it tastes good, but not worth the carbs) S: 3 oz of tuna salad, wrapped in 2 cheese slices D: 5 oz of meat loaf 1 ear of corn 1 slice of the best cheese cake i've ever had (regular not sugar free), it had nuts on the outside and a fruit topping, completely covered with grapes, strawberrys, rasberrys and apple slices. The fruit was ripe too...i hate when you get those kinds of cakes and the fruit is not ripe. S: 1 Cheesy Gordita crunch from taco bell.

Scott, OMG that Wendy's salad dressing had that many? WOW.....I try the low fat ranch and it seems to be ok with it. I think i had that dressing 2 times but worried about the sugar. Thanks for posting hun and have a great weekend. Debra P

Girl I just added you to my buddy list. I havent been on that much I joined curves and like it so far. Boy am I out of shape... Well the scale is the same for days now 207.5 butim ok with that.
