Hello All ~hugs~ Almost done with this week...YEAH What I had yesterday..... B: 1 scoop Zero Carb Isopure protein pwder (dutch choc) with 4oz carb control choc milk and 4 oz coffee, 1 tbs vanilla s/f DeVinci syrup. (it was like death by choc ) S: 4 oz cottage cheese, 12 grapes L: salad greens with some beef, chicken and fish (mexican) S: 1 apple, 1 oz mixed nuts (homemade trail mix) D: 3 oz flounder, leftover homemade macaroni salad S: 1 serving soy saucers (soy chip) Water: 64 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7up Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A You all have a great day! ~Hugs~ Debra P

Hi, Deb. Looks like you're doing well! Here's what my day looked like yesterday: B- 1/2 slice of whole grain toast w/ butter, 1/3 piece of turkey bacon (yuck!) L- small apple with cottage cheese and peanut butter S- about 4 oz. roast beef, about a cup of peas, and a small spoonful of instant potatoes. Only got about 32 oz. of water in yesterday.... shame on me! Supplements: Vit C, 2 Calciums, multivitamin, B12 Have a great day! Thank God tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!!!!!!! Traci

Hey you well I joined curves !!! I hate excercise and I hate it there, but I have to do it.. No choice.. I met a girl who had the same doctor as me and she had the surgery 3 weeks ago and she eats everything and drinks soda and orannge juice and fried eggplant. I cant believe that and I told her to stop that. There is 28 grams of sugar in her orange juice today I almost fell over. She never gets sick. But the down fall to that is she only lost 20 pounds so far, so I told her to stop eating and drinking like that. Anyway. Derek is better ( thank God he is a big baby) but I love h im im down a half of pound 207.5 so I guess slowly but surely. Im in no hurry. Well how is the scale doing for u ??? What I ate so far today b- 2 eggs ( not all) oatmeal and a bite of tomato and 2 bites of bagel l- cabbage soup. It is sooooooooooo good all veggies and chicken I made it homeade and a mouthful of cheeze-its. D- im making fish snack: fruit bowl. Im into fruit real big now and I love it well have a great day love u lots roni

Hi Debra I liked the meals that you posted I am 1 week post lap band and am not sure how to begin planning meals I will speak with the nutritionist this week but usually people who have had weight loss surgery are better at planning enjoyable meals Any suggestions ? Thanks Shelly Please tell me more about the Isopure powder
