Just changed to new profile and added some pics.

How do I add all you to my friends????????????? I did figure out the photos thingy though, and I am impressed how easy it is now. Hope you all are doing well. I am still stuck just 1.5 lbs. away from the century mark. It has been taunting me for 2 weeks at least now. I would love to hit it by next Thurs. which is my appointment with Dr. Cole. will be 11 months out. I am trying my darndest to not munch too much in the evenings. Have a great night all, Shannon

Shannon, All you have to do is click the star that says friend at the end of the post where the contact, www, ect buttons are, do you see them? They are right at the bottom of this post if your looking at this post on the board. Then when you are logged in at the top of the page is your name and how many messages you have, click on that to approve or go to your new profile and click on all your friends link, you should see a list there as well. I am not sure if I explained that right but I hope it helps. Debra P
