Hello All, ~Hugs Well midweek here and moving along. What I had yesterday..... B: 1 scoop Zero Carb Isopure protein pwder (Cookies N Cream) with 5 oz carb control milk and 3 oz coffee, 1 tbs carmel s/f DeVinci syrup. 1 hr later had a buttered roll S: 4 oz cottage cheese, 12 grapes L: 1 cup homemade beef chili, 2 bites of a homemade brownie S: 1 oz mixed nuts (Homemade trail mix), 1/2 sm Wendys fries D: 3 oz chicken burger, cucs S: 1 cup watermellon Water: 64 oz water , 12 oz Diet Coke, 10 oz crystal light Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A Ok you all have a nice day ~Hugs~ Debra P

Here I am again.... Hi Debra, Here is what i had yesterday........... B- 1 scoop body fortress vanilla and 1 cup skim milk ,1 string cheese 1/2 hour after shake - 20 oz coffee S- 1 homemade blueberry muffin D- 3 oz meatloaf, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup yellow and green squash, 1/2 cup winter squash S- 1/2 cup sf jello, 1 rice cake 96 oz of water 20 oz. of coffee Totals- cal 856 fat 34 carb 74 protein 67 Anita RNY~Aug.28,2003 270/181/150 surgery/today/goal

hi honey bun.. how r u ?? so, so here!!! i havent had much of an appetite. im down to 207 as of this morning. I have 25 to fo until i weigh what i did when i met derek and that was 182 . im happy about that for sure. I have to try and get all my water and protein in.. B- orange, and handful of peanuts L- thai food shrimp and chicken and soup ( not all of it) D- atkins advantage drink pineapple chunks. thats all water and all my vitamins and diet green tea wasnt very hungry

goodmorning deb , lets see i never find the time to post to this so i got a couple of min. b: 2 poached eggs s: 15 grapes l: 4 slices of boiled ham i cheese stick s: half a dill pickle and cheese stick d: 2oz meatloaf 1/2 c mashed potatos and gravy s: 2 cheese sticks thats it still not loosing i have gained a little (5) but hey im working on getting it back down hugs lisa
