Hello All ~hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 1 scoop Zero Carb Isopure protein pwder (Cookies N Cream) with 5 oz carb control milk and 3 oz coffee, 1 tbs carmel s/f DeVinci syrup. After 45 ride to work I had 1/2 bagel with butter S: n/a L: Mixed plate( Bosses day Pt Luck unch we did): 2 sweet n sour meetballs, 1 spoonful mac salad, 1 spoonful cuc salad, 1 tbs Jambalaya, 2 Beef Empanadas. About 1 hr later had 1/2 brownie S: 1 Ko****LC protein Bar D: 1 can Progressive Beef soup S: 1 peach Water: 64 oz water , 24 oz Diet Coke Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A Ok i hope you all have a great day! Hi there Debra, Well I didnt write down everything and didnt measure but i did small amounts on my salad plate. yup i use a smaller plate so i dont overeat. this was mondays... B- protein delite cho/coconut 1 cup skim milk L- 1 egg white 1/2 cup cottage cheese S- pork chop, half potato, mixed of califlower,brocolli, carrots i had other snacks i know i had some string cheese. i guess i better start doing fitday. and writing it down. i need some milk and other foods that are low carb... i did write down all my water. tell you what i was running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. lol. but i guzzel my water down. water-- 136 oz's of water. plus coffee.

Anita, WOW that is a lot of water....good for you hun. I would like to add more in myself but getting the 64 oz some days is a struggle. Thanks for posting Debra P

oh yes. i love my water. i write down all my water with a check mark and i use a 20 oz. bottle and just refill the bottle. i am using fitday today so i have to keep it up. anita

Anita, i did that for a while but right now I have a 64 oz Poland Spring bottle and when that is done I know my water for the day is done. But this bottle is so big to carry around all day. I like the idea of refilling the 20 or 24 oz bottles... Debra P

ihi debra, 'm just a boring old stay at home housewife so i can go to the frig and refill my water bottle... gee i live a boring life huh.... i wish i had some wls friends to hang around with......... anita

Anita, You are so funny, I am sure you are NOT boring.. But I know some things are easier when I am home but I stay on track more when away from the house. Take care Debra P

Debra, well I am not a boring person... oh trying to stay on track is hard too even being home. i want to snack some. so i just grapped another bottle of water. i want to figure out what kind of exercise i can do since i cant use my treadmill till my foot dr says i can. i think i will try some sit ups.. wish me luck.. lol. anita now i'm 181 pounds... woo hoo

Anita, Also you can do some sitting Yoga, it sure helps with stretching also. Sit ups are always a good thing. Congrats on the weight loss hun.. Debra P

Debra, Now how do you do sitting Yoga? I don't even know how to Yoga. I will have to look it up online. i know situps are good but oh so hard... Anita
