What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 slice homemade pizza from Sat night (
not a good breeakfast)
S: 1 string cheese
L: Roast Pork Lo Mein
S: 1 orange
D: 1 cup homemade lean beef chili, 2 thin slices italian bread with butter
S: 1 oz popcorn
Water: 12 oz water , 36 oz Diet 7up (low on water today)
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: working in yard and on house

good morning. i got your message and thought i would beable to call you back and then one thing lead into the other
derek pulled his back out and was laid up all weekend. !!anyway long story.here is what i ate
B :: 1 banana 1/2 cup decafe coffee oatmeal not much
L :: shrimp and chicken and nachos ( not much)
D :: rice and beans and steak
snack :: peach,pineapple,grapes,orange
threw the day i ate fruit.
diet green tea and water
excersie ::: walking the mall

yeah I hear you, it is always something right.
Life can get so crazy at times.

Yesterday I had:
coffee
B - 1 egg/cheddar 1/2 whole wheat english muffin
L - none (too busy shopping)
S - starbucks nonfat caramel macchiato
D - small piece of chicken parm and small scoop of spaghetti
S - about 2" sq of cake
S - 10-12 thin whole wheat pretzel sticks
Need to do a little better with the food choices today I guess!

Yeah I know that feeling, we had a lunch in the office today for bosses day and I did not do so good.
Well I guess we all have those days..

Today:
B: Protein shake
L: Chicken, chicken wings (2), fruit salad, salad, a taste of rice and a taste of mac and cheese (bosses day feast! I did good...no cake, etc)
D: turkey, one slice bread, sm amt gravy, sm amt mashed potatoes
32 oz water...not a good water day
No exercise
All vitamins and etc....
Tomorrow's another day....

This is what I had yesterday, Sunday, 10-15-06:
B- 3 pieces (1 oz.) Butterball Turkey Bacon
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
5 slices frozen peaches
L- 2 oz. (2 slices) part-skim, low-moisture mozzarella
1/2 cup scrambled eggs
D- 1/2 cup broccoli & cheese soup with...
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (Borden Tuscan Blends)
S- 21 chips (1 serving) of Tomato, Basil & Pesto Snyder's Veggie Chips
Fitday.com totals: 986 calories, 48 grams fat, 65 carbs & 71 grams protein
*I don't feel horrible about this day. Another thing I had was some apple pie filling from a pie made with Splenda. My sister made it for me. I ate the filling and gave her the crust. Well, okay, I had two bites of the crust. Now, my chest hurts and I wonder if the pie crust is stuck in my pouch! I didn't really have that much.....well, except that I had two more bites of crust this morning.
STUPID! What do I do? Does anyone know if it can get doughed up, gummed up in the pouch?
