TGIF all Once again I am so glad the week is almost done. What I had yesterday..... B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 sl bread with pat of butter and s/f jelly 1 hr after I had my Archive One Protein drink, 7 oz S: 1 string cheese, 12 grapes L: MsDonalds Cheeseburger Happy Meal - 1/2 small fries, 1 cheeseburger with the bottom bread taken off and folded over. S: 1 oz mixed nuts D: 3 oz pot roast, 3 spoonfulls of mashed potatos and fresh mushrooms S: 3 pretzel rods I was picking on lil sweets all day at work though i did eat MUCH less then I would have in past years so I guess that is a good thing really, working on getting it out of my system all together! Water: 65 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7up Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A Ok you all have a great day and an awesome weekend... Debra P

Ok I think I'll start posting my meals too...maybe this will keep me more on track and accountable. Yesterday I had: Pre-B - coffee with 2T half and half B - Kashi vanilla instant oatmeal, S - hard boiled egg L - Mesculin Salad with grilled chicken etc with lemon/lime vinegarette S - picking on some fruit salad S - (train ride home) starbucks tall skim caramel macchiato D - Caesar salad with marinated steak S - about 10 smoked almonds I have to work on the water....and knock of the train ride snacks and starbucks Dee

Dee, Hello hun ~hugs~ Good to see ya posting. Hey I know the habits we make are funny right? You said something about the train ride snacks and mine is having my Archive One on the way to work when I am almost there I start to drink it. It is kind of like a jolt for my system that is needed to start my work day there. Weird how we makes these associations right. Well have a great weekend hun ~hugs~ Debra P

hey deb.. i agree tgif we all have busy schedules and we all need to rest. Hey how is your tooth ?? i forgot to ask u about it the other day.!!!! well i ate like an animal today b-omletter with tomato and bacon, 2 bites whole wheat bagel l- small wonton soup s-rice and beans and fruit and tonight we are goin gout to dinner. Remember what we texted the other day?? well mine is here with avengence i hate this but the scale moved this morning to 208 so i guess im alright. I bought that smart balance popcore and im not lovin it.. I add parmesan cheese to it to add some flavor. well have a great weekend and try & call me. lol roni

B- 2 sting cheese 1 vanilla protein shake S- 6 animal crakers L cho/coconut protein delite shake S- 1 mac apple D- 2 0z chicken 1/2 cup yellow and gree squash with onion 1/4 cup cottage cheese S- 1 egg white 78 oz water 20 oz coffee 958 cal, 30 fat, 78 carbs , 96 proteins great news now i am 181 pounds since this morning... the scale is moving yeahhhhhhhhhhh

oh yeah the scale is moving again. my own goal is 150 pounds. not sure about my surgeon goal but last month i saw him for a 3 year checkup he said he likes what i have done and wants this skin cut off.. i still see the big fat me since of all this skin... i can not do my treadmill since i just got my air cast off yesterday oct. 12th. and i still cant do my tradmill since that air cast boot is off. i think i will try and do some situps or something.. i dont know.. anyhow i just had some exersize.. just swept and mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors.,, i guess thats some exersize.. right.... the lowest i got down to was 173 pounds. and yes i did gain from old bad habits but this new me is not doing that anymore... i want to feel sexy and hope someday have a baby... thats it for now. time for more water now... i am going to beat Sean with the water... lol.. hmmm how many 20 oz bottles of water makes 1.25 gallon?? anita RNY~Aug.28,2003 270/181/150 surgery/today/goal

yesterday... (still PRE-OP, mind you) B - 2 eggs over-medium (hard white, runny yolk) fried in olive oil, 1 pc wheat toast lightly buttered, 2 cups coffee S - handful of trail mix (rasins, various nuts, dried banana & apricot, sunflower seeds and a couple other small things I can't remember) L - 1 can tuna mixed with mayo... over a bed of lettuce and chopped scallions S - small handful pretzels D - grilled small chicken breast on hamburger bun, with 2 slices swiss cheese, lettuce, onion and ranch dressing. approx 1.25 gallon water 1 multi-vit (normal dose) 2 calcium citrate (normal dose) activity - normal work day.... I'm guessing approx 2 miles worth of walking (just picked up a pedometer, so I'll get a more accurate guess-timate... plus the usual lifting and cleaning that I do while I'm IN the stores
