Hello All, ~hugs~ What I had yesterday..... B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 sl bread with pat of butter and s/f jelly 1 hr after I had my Archive One Protein drink, 7 oz S: 1 string cheese, 1 sm peach L: 3 oz beef patty with melted swish, 6 cuc slices.......1 hr later I had almost all of the one pint Wanton Soup! grrrrrr.... S: 1/2 sm french fries D: 3 oz ham, asparagus S: 3 pretzel rods Water: 65 oz water , 12 oz Diet 7up Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate 2 Centrum chewables 1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs Exercise: N/A I hope you all have a great day! Hi all, this is what i had yesterday........... B: 1 cup skim milk 1 scoop cho/coconut protein delite S: 2 egg whites D: 3 oz. hamburger 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup peas 1/8 cup pork and beans S: 8 mini carmeal rice cakes Water - 96 oz. Total cal. 633 Total fat : 23 Toatal carbs 38 Total protein 64

Hi Debra, yes i got the hang of fitday now .. yes i was wondering where all the people are today. i love to read what others had ate. as you see i am only eating one meal a day. is that good or bad? i usually have 2 protein shakes morning and afternooon. and just one meal for my supper. anita rny~aug.28,2003 270/183/150

Anita, I can not say if that is good or bad really, as long as your getting in all your protein then I guess that is a good thing, though you should be doing it with more foods. I know for me the 2 shakes a day and a small meal would NEVER work but hey if that is what is working for you then so be it. as long as your levels are good (bloodwork) then I would think it might be ok but I would also check with your nutritionist to make sure. take care Debra P

yes i am trying to get my protein in thats why i'm doing the shakes. i do not want to over eat and do my bad habits again. i know i should be doing it with food. i just got my blood work done yesterday... 5 viles of blood out.... they drained me.... today the scal said 181 pounds.............. yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... anita
