Any one out there on the medifast pre-op liquid diet? Or have you ever been on it. How did you do? Did you cheat at all? I have been holding strong but it is so challanging. Any feed back?
SORRY TAMI i didnt have to do medifast!!!
BUT i did have to loose 25 lbs before my
surgeon booked my surgery date.

ITS difficult but im a believer that the
pre op weight loss reduces the complication
rate!!!
