What I had yesterday.....
B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 sl toast with pat butter and s/f jelly
S: 1 cup fruit, 1 oz cheese
L: 3 oz beef patty with melted swiss, 6 cuc slices
S: 4 oz carb control yogurt, 3 pretzel rods
D: 1 1/2 small slices home made pizza
S: 1 peach
Water: 67 oz water , 24 oz Diet 7up, 8 oz crystal light
Sups: 2000 mg of Calcium Citrate
2 Centrum chewables
1000 mg B12 Twinlab sublingal tabs
Exercise: 40 min walk on trail at lunch, about 1 12/ miles

can i ever drink soda again? i saw you had diet 7up!!! i can eventually do that?? im not a big soda lover bu****er and diet green tea gets boring after a while..

hello hun ~hugs~ well as for the Diet Coke, they really do not want you to have it but I have added it back into my diet. I try to keep it as little as I can but I really enjoy my Diet Coke.
Some people have way to much gas from it and it hurts them but I only had one time that I was in pain from the diet coke and I think I did not wait soon enough before drinking it. I try to let it sit some before downing it, helps with the gas.
I still love my crystal light and I do like the green tea but the tea has caffeine and I try to stay away from that with the caffeine free diet drinks.

What I ate yesterday,
B- egg and cheese omelette , coffee, coffee and more coffee
L- salad w/carrots, cheese, garbanzo beans, ranch dressing cottage cheese, did not finish
S- apple cinnamon soy chips oh and more coffee
D- ate late, turkey meat loaf and mashed pot , did not finish what daughter put on my plate
S- mini hardened bread slices w/ cheese about 3 of them they are about 1 inch square, don't know if you have seen them before, nice and crunchy and low calorie, found at the deli at Walmart
had probably 2 propels, and lots of coffee
got my vities and calcium in
exercise consisted of vacuuming and shampooing my carpets, moving furniture around, decorating for Halloween, not much energy expended doing that but hey I wasnt sitting around
Oh boy I am soooo full of fluid today, don't hardly have any room for my rings which are now very loose on my fingers normally
Ok now what do you think about this? Speaking of fluid, now am I retaining because I am not drinking enough? Or just cause of TOM, cause it does happen at other times. Silly question but thought I would throw it out there.
I have a slow day at work and don't have to go in until 11 instead of 9 today, then as it was Sat. last I looked I also had a big space in the middle of my day. UUURRRGGHHHH hate this time of year, my pay suffers, and I hate sitting there waiting for next client for 2 hours. Sept and Oct are very slow. Ok I'm done venting.

If you are not drinking enough you can hold onto your water so that could be adding to it, never a silly question here hun...
and you did say TOM so that does not help either.
Mine should be any day now so I am so hungry.
I hate to have those spaces as well, it means you are sitting around not making money.
Well with the holidays coming you should be picking up soon right?
I can remember Thanksgiving and Christmas being so busy when I did nails, oh yeah and New Years was a big one as well.
Hun vent anytime.

i was just at my pcp to get a my belly button documented. i keep having draining and my surgeon wants to see if i can get appoved since its been over a year with this same problem so today my pcp did a calture and measured my skin at 3 inches so i hope to have this skin removed. i still see the old me.
i cant do tommorow post since i didnt write it down so i will start writing my food/water for your posts! Anita

simpler day yesterday... working, so not much time for big preparations.
(remember.... I'm PRE-OP)
B - egg sandwich... 2 eggs fried in olive oil, on wheat toast
no AM snack
L - Tuna sandwich on home-made white bread (Mom's new fad.... baking bread)
S - handful of roasted peanuts
D - Chick Parm (leftovers from day before)... 2 pieces chicken cutlet, no spaghetti this time
evening - bowl (3 scoops) NSA vanilla ice cream
water based intake (H2O, CL, tea) just shy of 2 gallons (yes, I pee a lot throughout the day
sup - equate brand (Wal Mart) multi-vitamin - equivalent of Centrum (1 tab... normal dose)
equate Calcium Citrate + D (2 tablets... normal dose)
exercise - normal work day.... lots of intermittent walking, carrying pamphlets, cleaning displays, etc.
