OK HERE I GO I AM FIVE DAYS AWAY FROM MY ONE MONTH POST OP. I HAVE NOT BEEN HUNGRY BUT I WANT TO EAT SOMETHING...IM PAST THE MUSHIES,SOUP,AND LIQUIDS I WAS CLEARED TO TRY FOOD AFTER 10 DAYS POST OP HOWEVER I'M FAKE HUNGRY,THIRSTY ALL THE TIMES AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET ENOUGH LIQUID IN WITHOUT A STRAW.IF WE CANT USE STRAWS THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN CONSUME A DRINK. SINCE LAST WEEK I HAVE NOT HAD A RELEASE ABSOLUTELY NO WEIGHT LOSS. IM SCARED. BECAUSE I HAVE SO MUCH RESTRICTION I CAN'T EAT OR DRINK. WHAT I CAN DRINK IS ICED COFFEE YES STARBUCKS AND JAMBA JUICE SMOOTHIES. SO FAR THAT HOW IM GETTING MY CALORIES IN. MY FEET ARE SWOLLEN AND ITS 107 OUTSIDE. JUST MY RANT ANY ENCOURAGEMENT. IM SO MAD AT MY SCALE I ACTUALLY PUT IT UP.

Having my initial consult with Dr. Cottam, Salt lake, here in Elko on August 13 for a VSG. Am an Ex-Bandster, having my band removed in 2005. Time to go back to the drawing board as nothing is working and its affecting my life greatly.

Anyothers out there from the Elko/Spring Creek area?
