Marah, Please keep me informed on what's going on the next couple of days---I have to start this diet in the morning-- almost like clear liquids-some SF puddings--cottage cheese. Apparently my MD told me today that my liver is the size of two footballs so I have to start shrinking it from now til the surgery so they can manipulate it and get it out of the way to put the band on. This diet should really prepare me for the next couple of weeks. I am so excited let me know how your doing Thanks for responding--Kelly
