Physician? Teacher's Health Trust?

I am in North Vegas and I am looking for a primary care physician that is pro weight loss surgery. I do not mind a long commute as long as the doctor comes highly recommended. I was also told that my insurance (Teacher's Health Trust) does not cover any weight loss surgery. Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks for you help
