Please pray for my friend...

Hi everyone, I had my surgery on 8/8/01 and currently I am at goal and doing well. A friend of mine (actually my sweetheart) needs his surgery very badly and his insurance (UHC) will not pay. Hello Amy, I understand today is Jimmy's surgery.. Good for him. I truly hope all is well. Please let us all know. Question I have is: was it difficult to raise the money? I hope to have my surgery in December, I have waited 2 years, and now by insurance company will pay 50%, so I need to come up with the rest. I need some help as well, and I was wondering if you could help guide me as to what I need to do.
