After WLS how much protein do you need per day? Does anyone have suggestions for a vegetarian?

Hi Joan, I found that powdered egg whites, 2 scoopfuls in your daily food, low calorie, no sugar, no fat, and 50% of your daily protein is done!! you are suggested, by Dr. Tengs methods, that you need 60 g a day of protein, I know it's hard to meet that, but the powdered egg whites covers it quickly.
