Out of state surgery question

I am having Revision to VSG with Dr. Umbach on June 15, so I am staying at the Excalibur and then at Circus Circus, basically 3 days at each hotel. Can anyone tell me about their experience with Dr. Umbach, especially if they were out of state. What did you do from the time you were released until you saw him again on Monday???

My parents and 10 year old son will be with me. I want to be as comfortable as possible. We are also driving home to Arizona. Any advice is welcome.

 

Hello I had VSG with him 4/27/11.  He is the *******ove his staff everyone is kind, caring and really knows their stuff.  I slept for the first 3 days I was in a lot of pain and had a gas bubble in my shoulder.  I live here so cannot really help with that but welcome and if you have any questions I will try to answer them.  Shana
