Have any Nevada people had their surgery out of state?

 I'm not thrilled with the couple of surgeons here for the type of surgery I want. I'm looking to have the VSG done with a California doctor. My only concern is follow up care here. I'm curious what people in LV have done who've had weight loss surgery in out of state or in Mexico do. Also, I'd liked to find a primary care physician who is knowledgeable about WLS.

 Dr. Dominic Ricciardi is a primary care MD who specializes in care of bariatric patients. Found out the latter totally by accident but he is pretty AWESOME
