Post -WLS SKILLS GROUP - STILL ENROLLING
I wanted to let you all know that the weight loss surgery skills group has not yet started . We are waiting to start when we have 8-10 people signed up and assessed.
The group will run for 10 weeks, Thursdays from 4-5:30pm. Cost is $300 for the entire series. Topics covered will include mindfulness, stress management, emotional eating, goal setting, etc.
